Music Magazine Task - Peer Feedback (Contents Page)

Jeff Agenor
I'm going to be honest with you because criticism is good and it is something that you can use for your benefit. Without further adue I have to say that your contents page isn't that bad and I understand that you are new to Photoshop and it isn't easy because I remember when I first started using it. However, what I would suggest by looking at your contents page is that you first try looking at other contents pages, existing ones as a guide so that you can revamp your contents and make it look more conventional.

Like your pictures, try using page numbers on them and not having people float in mid air around the page; I'm not discouraging you from it but its just a suggestion so please understand. Furthermore, try moving things around a bit, like the letter from the editor, instead of having it all the way down to the bottom, place to the top of the page that way readers will see it immediately and not ignore it. Overall I think you did a pretty good job Emily, keep it up! :-)

I really like your final content page, the positioning of the characters is especially well done and I'm glad you went for the red colour pallet rather than the pink. :) Your chosen font is particularly easy to read and fits the style of the page very well.
I can only think of one area of improvement is that there are rather large areas of the background that are very plain and could maybe do with filling using plugs or other such reader interests.
Other than that it is a very promising and I look forward to seeing your final product.
Good luck :)
